Questions

Question 1: Why is it that thoughts have the capability of drowning the mind?
Question 2: How is it possible to be in a room full of people and still feel alone?
Question 3: Why is it that the human desires are never satisfied?

The logics in this world seem to never have an answer that satisfies the questions of the heart
Over and over again, questions pile up
And again and again, answers are no where to be found
And then all of a sudden we forgot where we started
Oh my, how the mind does wonder
Continuously running like a mouse on a wheel
Consistently moving like a rat in a maze looking for cheese
How it seems we are never pleased

Can We Connect

On a mission to find the connection to something, someone, somewhere
Overwhelmed with disappointment, when plugs cannot find adaptors
And deep pools turn out to be shallow puddles.

Trama. Struggle. Unite. Persist

CSU-San Marcos Cross Cultural Center called me to do a piece for "Art + Activism," inspiration came from a desire to explore my own identity through research done on Okinawa, Japan and militarism. Capturing Pan-Asian identities and common struggles.
