Double Meaning
"Rufus Star" was inspired by Spongebob's favorite friend, Patrick Star. If Patrick had a great great crazy uncle from the 1920s, Rufus would be adverstiving the new craze, "Mental Floss." Clean teeth and a clean mind :)
"Jumbo Shrimp" is just a playoff Bubba Gump's restaurant, if they were to have one of those food eating contests, this shrimp would be the challenge course on the menu.
